Bottom is complete with holes cut for posts.

I've used J.B. Weld to seal the two pieces of sheet metal all the way from one side to the other. The sheet metal overlaps by about 2 inches and the J.B. Weld is also between the two sheets about half-an-inch all the way down. So it is on-top and underneath what you see here.
This was the biggest mistake I made.. I didn't know I could buy thick sheet metal at the time I did this. This has been a huge source of leaks and is being replaced (see pictures towards end)

Here you can more clearly see the top of the impulse engines or thrusters or whatever. Still missing the sides, though.

Created the table with chairs, more like a booth. Also some flooring under the chair.

03-26-2005
Removed the 3 unfixable leaky sections and replaced them with 11 guage steel plating. Its as strong as a tank up there now. I'm still working on running a seam weld all the way around each piece!

04-03-2005
Sanded and primed, a second time. First time it rained before the primer dried and washed it all away.
